My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Ar Lan Y Mor with our two daughters (aged 12 and 10) in August. Kevin was so very helpful with all of the information he provided prior to our stay so that everything went smoothly from our arrival to the end of our holiday.

The hut is very comfortable, well equipped and we had everything we needed during our stay. To have running hot water as well was a real luxury!

With wonderful views across the harbour, we had many evenings watching the sunset whilst we played boule on the sand, and we also enjoyed star gazing later in the evening over a bottle of wine. We have stayed in a number of huts along the spit over the years, and hut 94 is a firm favourite - we did not want to leave. We hope to return again soon.

This magical beach hut was the perfect spot to enjoy a 3 day stay with my boyfriend and little dog.

We felt very lucky to be in a prime location overlooking the priory where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening whilst sizzling sausages on the bbq provided. There is also a vibrant beach café just a short walk from the hut for those wanting to enjoy delicious wood-fired pizzas or seafood paella.

The hut is cosy and well equipped and Kevin made us feel very welcome.

This beautiful hut on Mudeford Spit is so easy to find, yet so incredibly hard to leave!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 occasions with our little dog both in August and September 2020 for 2 nights with another couple...We weren't disappointed. Just a short 2-minute walk from the little ferry that takes you from Mudeford Quay to the small pier on the Spit. We were delighted when we entered our little accommodation that we'd booked with the Owner. Pleasantly surprised that it had so many little facilities and mod cons including an oven/grill, TV, Radio, Fridge/Freezer, small kitchen including sink, kettle, cutlery, chopping boards, knives etc and a smart BBQ outside in the seating area. Toilets and washing facilities are less than a 2-minute walk from this hut and kept clean to a high standard with staff cleaning this on a regular basis. We took our own food and drink, but there are facilities to use there including a Bar and Restaurant selling draught beer/cider/wine etc and menu of different variety to suit. We never used these facilities so can't comment. There is a small shop selling necessities and a small Ice-Cream store on the corner. The seating downstairs folds into 2 queen size beds and the upstairs bedroom is comfortable enough to sleep 4. We can't wait to book this accommodation again for next season and thoroughly recommend to all young/old/families. We were so lucky with the weather on both occasions which kind of made it for us, but still, it's so peaceful and quaint. Personally, we'd be happy to look out the window even if it was raining. Thoroughly recommended.

We have just returned from a 3-night stay at beach hut 94 on the Mudeford spit. What a fantastic location and lovely comfortable hut !! Kevin has gone out of his way to put as many creature comforts in there as possible. There's a tv, hot water, charging for phones etc, fully equipped kitchen and really comfortable memory foam mattresses up and downstairs. There are loungers, bikes... it's really got everything. We had a fantastic stay, even extended it by one day. Kevin is helpful and in communication whenever you need info or advice, also very organised with booking arrangements. I thoroughly recommend a stay at this hut...wonderful powder sand beach directly behind you, views of the boats and sunsets out in front. We had lovely evening meals on the decking in front of the hut whilst enjoying the sunset. We definitely hope to return.
